So these are two of the interfaces I did. The first is for the PMI Learning Management System. This is where clients go to manage there progress and get support and information. The second is the skin for the eLearning courses where said clients will watch and learn.

  1. I’m trying to play around with gradients like on the menu bar. its harder than it seems to get it just right. i’ve been doing a lot of tutorials to get the hang of it.

  2. I think the key with gradients is to do less of a contrast than you think you should. It shouldn’t be too obvious to the viewer that there is a gradient there, they should just feel it. A designer will see it immediately because they are always looking at how something is put together. Those tutorials are great for this. There results are sometimes cheesy but learning the way they are put together makes it easy to apply it to whatever you want.

I would suggest the tutorials that show you how to make things look like they are made out of gold.

  3. Looks bubbly. Like it was made by Tyco… or the prettier versions of Microsoft.

    I’m mighty impressed.
